Validation Associates reviews

Hello all, writing this short review for everyone in case you are looking to associate with Validation Associates in future. I have worked for this company for last 4 years, and plan to keep on working for a few more years. My H1B was done by this company and now my PERM and I-140 are also approved. This is a stable company, proper office, good numbers of back-office employees, good HR team. VERY GOOD marketing team. I think that is a key. If a consulting company does not have contacts, they will not be able to place you quickly. They have never laid off anyone, as far I know.

Hello all I usually don`t end up reviewing companies or products, but I thought let me do this as it may help some people. I have worked with Validation Associates for over 4 years now, I was hired on OPT, trained and then placed at Moderna as a Validation Engineer. Its been 4 years for me now working at total 3 clients thus far. Validation Associates has helped me make a good career and got me the very valuable experience. Now I am confident in my future. Pay rate is OK, and benefits are OK, but the best thing I gained from my time with this company is the good experience and a H1B status. Thats how I see it
