      My career started with Validation Associates , they offered me with great career prospects. I worked with one of their direct clients and it was a great learning experience. 1. Their placements are quick and long term. 2. The payrate is decent and payroll is always on time. 3. Their training is very indepth. They understand you as a employee and provides feasible solutions.
