      Quick placements, good indepth training, long term projects. HR is very helpful with all queries & support for STEM extensions and H1. Salary is paid on time and is very competitive. Descent Benefits.

      Would be great to have a good 401K plan.

      I have been working for three years with validation associates. Overall a good entry level company. Really good higher management. Pay is pretty decent too

      this is 1st time im writing review of any company. i am doing this review so that it helps other people n they get helped. validation associates is a good decent company, they are quite helpful n prepare u well for project.. honest with visa filing etc also

      i hope they start paying more , 1-2 $ more will be very good
