Pros

Growing company somewhat good compensation. There may be room to grow but you need to be connected to key folks

Cons

Still with high turnover notably on the management side of the house. The place is still very toxic. CEO and his entourage are very rude and don't care about everyone else opinion. Beware of these fake and staged reviews.

Pros

There was a lot of great people. Pay and benefits are pretty competitive.

Cons

Most of those great people are gone now. Was hard to feel important with the "Sales or Sales support" mentality. Sales support are the ones who put in the blood sweat and tears to make the products what they are. They are the ones that take care of the late night calls to keep production running. Didn't like feeling like I didn't matter.

Pros

It's rare to find a startup with as much potential for financial and professional gain in such a short time as Validity. Top performers are taken care of and celebrated, and there is great opportunity to move up the ladder and assume more responsibility, as they are eager to invest in their employees and willing to take a chance on someone. The energy is great, and most of the employees are passionate about their work. The leadership team is fantastic and highly accessible, giving you the chance to work and collaborate with very talented, qualified professionals. For those who can adapt to a rapidly-changing work environment, this is a career-defining opportunity. Other benefits include a great (recently renovated) office space with convenient parking, stock options, a solid healthcare plan, free weekly lunches, frequent company events, and a casual, "wear what you want" dress code. Monthly all-hands meetings are effective at keeping morale high, and the leadership team seems genuinely passionate about the direction and future of the company.

Cons

This job is not easy. It's a hyper-growth startup with no Inbound/LeadGen Engine, high quotas, and huge expectations. The reps who excel are those who take initiative and self-motivate, and those who don't will struggle to hit their number as the support system is thin. It is a high-pressure work environment and not ideal for those who desire a stable, predictable, systematized day-to-day. That said, the company is rounding a significant corner, entering Q2-19, and things will only improve from this point on as much of the "early-stage grind" is now in the past.
