The checks cleared for payroll and commission.

Cons

Every potential problem in the market seemed to catch the CEO by surprise. Remedies were knee jerk reactions and very cold. Top talent is not valued or even attempted to be retained. This place will suck the life out of you and kick you to the curb.

I had a great time working at this place of employment. My coworkers and I had a great sense of camaraderie; they were not only amiable but also really driven people. Maintaining my motivation and enthusiasm for my work was straightforward for me in this good work atmosphere. Their continuous support served as a continual source of motivation, even in times when my performance wasn't at its best.

I never worried about job security thanks to the presence of healthy working relationships between my colleagues. This positive dynamic in the workplace created a supportive atmosphere where collaboration and trust flourished. As a result, I had peace of mind knowing that my job was secure not only due to my skills and performance but also because of the strong bonds I had with my co-workers.

Cons

Training was minimal and insufficient.
