      Pros

      Empowering work environment Great pay and benefits Plenty of opportunity for advancement Friendly and approachable CEO Talented, fun, and helpful coworkers Additional, non-monetary perks Healthy work/life balance

      Cons

      It’s an extremely fast-paced environment that is constantly growing, changing, and evolving. This isn’t a con for me, but I’m putting it in the cons list because I know that most people just aren’t cut out for this type of environment, so consider this before you apply.

      A good stepping stone for my career

      Pros

      I applied to work here when I was just starting out. Back then I wasn’t sure what I wanted long-term, but I knew this was a good place to gain experience and build up my resume. When I left it was with a jam packed resume and solid references.

      Cons

      Nothing against them I was just ready for the next phase of my career.

      Pros

      *I loved all the people I worked with. *The environment was very professional, but also very relaxed. *No one was ever breathing down your neck. *I developed a strong work ethic during my time here. *Learned how a company SHOULD function. *Pay was more than okay.

      Cons

      *Heavy workloads but plenty of support is provided to get the work done on tight deadlines.
