      Pros

      Validity was a great place to work, which is why I stayed with them as long as I did. I also would like to address some of the criticisms from previous reviews. They do have merit—Validity went through a transformative period, and the growing pains weren’t pleasant for anyone to deal with. However, those reviews conveniently leave out the fact that we grew a lot and made many necessary changes during that time.
