      Not as bad as some people make it out to seem

      Pros

      Validity really isn’t as bad as some people make it out to seem. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on here and why they’re so extreme. Personally, I think that speaks way more to the person writing the review than the company because I would consider myself a very level-headed and even-keeled human being and I had no qualms with either the company or the leadership team during my time there. I had a good experience, although I eventually decided to leave, I wish them nothing but the best.

      I decided to leave for personal reasons and didn’t leave because I was unhappy there.

      Pros

      Everything has been going great so far. I’m having a lot of fun figuring things out and my coworkers are really helpful when I get stuck.

      Cons

      I don’t think I’ve been here long enough to speak on anything negative or that needs improvement.

      Pros

      No bumbling fools in management. Everyone clearly earned their place by being competent and capable. They handled their business in a manner I greatly respected and I learned a lot working under them.

      Cons

      There were so many opportunities to move up within the company and I’m at a place in my career where I want to experience more growth.
