Good pay, good products, no long term vision

High earning potential for Account Executives Products are some of the best in their respective industries

Cons

Management is looking to make as much money as quickly as possible to appease shareholders, no long term vision for the products Cut most expert support staff which hurts retention and potential for upsell Products are overpriced so management approves massive discounts based on what customers are willing to pay Poor, outdated outbound marketing strategies

Pros

Growing company somewhat good compensation. There may be room to grow but you need to be connected to key folks

Cons

Still with high turnover notably on the management side of the house. The place is still very toxic. CEO and his entourage are very rude and don't care about everyone else opinion. Beware of these fake and staged reviews.

- Collaborative environment - Great team of driven, intelligent people - Beautiful office stocked with snacks - Free lunch catered to office once a week - Good sense of job security

Cons

- Very fast-paced (can be a bit disorganized at times) - Lack of diversity (it's there, but could be way better) - Raises are nowhere near consistent with inflation - No 401k match
