I’ve had my fair share of jobs in the industry, and I can honestly say that I have never worked with a management team as knowledgeable and involved as the one here. This is coming from someone who always butts heads with their managers, they’re awesome. Whenever I had the occasional disagreement with them, they’d remain respectful towards me and hear me out all the way through without putting me down. Should be the standard for managers to encourage their employees to speak their minds about things, but we all know that’s not always how it goes. Lucky to have worked with cool people.

Cons

Lots of work to do and only so much time to do it. Sometimes I wanted to take a break but I knew I couldn’t without setting myself back too much.
