So far so good! There’s a lot of information to take in, but I’m getting a good amount of support both from my managers and from my teammates. I’m very excited to be a part of the Validity fam!

Pros

Coworkers are good, and we get unlimited PTO, which is absolutely fantastic. I’d never worked for a company with so much freedom before, and seriously it never gets old. Work environment is fast-paced, which I like. The climate’s always shifting, and we need to do what we can to keep up. Pay is great. Even on my more difficult days, the paycheck is a great motivator for me to keep putting in all my effort into my work. Benefits are really good too.

Cons

Even though we try to adjust our policies as needed, we still lack the structure to make those adjustments easier to implement without needing to relearn everything far too often.
