Pros

I worked at Validity for over a year and found that it played a tremendous role in laying the foundation for my career. I found the leadership to be great. I learned a lot from my time there. The training was very thorough and there was a lot of room to grow. Meetings with my team and management really helped me learn the ins and outs of things. The company really invests time in training its more junior employees to reach their potential. It felt like a lot at the beginning but within a few weeks, I really got the hang of things. Management definitely wants to see employees succeed.

I started working at Validity over a month ago and I am really grateful for the opportunity. I read many of these reviews and was nervous to start but I am glad that I didn’t turn down the opportunity because of some of these false reviews.

Cons

If you are looking for a position where you can leave and be done at 5 pm everyday, this is not for you. If you are looking for a career with growth, this is it.
