      Pros

      Leadership truly cares about the people. Compensation is fair and the technology is great.

      Cons

      Private Equity owned makes us feel like the future is uncertain. IPO? Acquisition? Policies change a lot so it adds additional work for AEs that doesn't help close deals. The days of simply signing on the dotted line are over.
