      Pros

      Initially a great vision for the company with a portfolio of great products.

      Cons

      Very poor decision making skills from senior management, with a reactive instead of proactive approach to many things. Constant management changes that led to confusion among the team. Digital company with a stone-age mindset to marketing Acquired well loved brands and totally wrecked their brand image with old school sell sell sell tactics - quite sad really.

      poor management. Everyone seems to have an ego and really moody atmosphere from management. Have no concept of 2oth century marketing. No career progression opportunity.
