Terrified of my boss. Screamed at constantly, scared to call in sick without being yelled at and called a liar. I go home and just cry everyday. Work is way too much and seeing others get treated better because they hang out with the boss after work is depressing. Most people have been there a long time and are set in their ways. they'll throw you under the bus any chance they get. When you have a question, they can't answer it and turn it around to where you're the ignorant one for not understanding it yourself.

Pay was low for the industry. Company direction was changing after being acquired by Sonepar and I think overall it was getting worse.
