      Pros

      Have a wonderful team of peers. Hagemeyer believes in developing face to face relationships with customers. Not a catalog house, and puts boots on the streets instead of investing in catalogs.

      Cons

      Upper Management isn't up to speed and puts a lot of faith in past practices. However their are some Managers (Mine) that do interact and take advise given to them seriously. The 401K match is weak.

      Cons

      For inside/outside sales, workload depends on customer assigned to you. You might have a huge amount of work for very little payoff or you can see lots of commission without much effort. It's a gamble that is typically out of your hands.
