Working here shows you how much you can really handle. Sometimes the hours are good.

Cons

The pay that you get is not worth the amount of responsibilities that you are required to complete. Management is full of themselves even though they are incompetent and very often take credit for all the managerial duties that they require you to do.

Freedom to engage with the customer to bring them cost savings and overall, a great Vallen experience! working with cooworkers is also a plus as we have an outstanding inside sales team always ready to assist in the daily operational side of things. i have a manager who actually cares for my well being and is always ready to lend a helping hand. he is always available both on a professional and personal level. great product marketing team as well. always willing to go the extra mile to assist. our VMI team is great when it comes to supporting our vending programs as well.

Cons

keeping stock in the warehouse and getting product shipped in a timely manner it rather challenging at times.
