I've worked for Vallen for 28 years. Through all the many changes, it's definitely been a learning experience. Vallen is very good at supplying training materials. I appreciate all the help and support from past and current employees. The job is challenging yet it is also pleasurable. I'm blessed to work with such a great team of co-workers who always cheer me on. Thank you for all the years!

Cons

There are always situations you will be uncomfortable with, but seek out the good. Change is always happening and not always easy. Customers can be demanding, but change when problems are corrected.

We have the option to make more than our hourly pay. You just have to be willing to put the effort in.

Cons

I don't like the fact we don't have access to an extra one or 2 warehouses that are close to my delivery area for delivery
