Pros

Good job, plenty of down time, to a strenuous job. Lenient on work schedule. 120 pto hours per year 40 sick/ 80 vacation and 2 floating holidays.

Cons

Pay raises are not good and only once a year. After pay raise insurance goes up more than the pay raise is. . No room for advancement. Depending on schedule every other month you have 4 short paychecks but the opposite months have overtime.
