A good place to develop yourself

Pros

The environment is great, the customers are nice, and the hours are flexible as long as you can handle opening or closing.

Cons

Training is probably the least effective program they have for this job, but it helps expose you to their systems before you head to your branch officially. You learn more in your branch, as you might expect.
