Pros

Without any prior Banking experience, this is one of the best place to start you Banking career. It is still growing and You can have every possible space to grow here.

Cons

System is still old fashioned but it is improving every day!

Plenty of work to keep you busy and overtime is available. Great co-workers.

Cons

Expectations are very high and you fall behind if you can't work overtime for a few days.

Pros

Benefits for full time quite good.

Cons

Worked at various branches full time for 10 years+. Would loan you out to other branches, usually short staffed. Head teller was also expected to be full time line teller. No recognition for expanded efforts (ie) working opening till closing.
