Pros

New leadership is infusing new life in the organization, creating a culture of growth and change. A company that takes its ethical standing and its partnership with the local communities very seriously - you can be proud to work here. Strong - and strengthening - culture of training, development, and education to give employees the tools to move forward in their careers.

Cons

Still opportunity to leverage technology, but it is clear that new leadership is aware of that and working to drive that as part of the vision.

Pros

Flexible schedule & nothing else.

Cons

Very low pay, only care about the bottom line, not a team oriented environment, improper & deceitful practices when it comes to employees.
