Pros

Gain banking skills and build relationships with some nice customers

Cons

The pay is very low compared to other banks even if you have a degree it seems. A lot of responsibility for so little pay. Very high turnover rate. It’s ridiculous. Leaving and finding a better job was a good decision

Disappointing At Best

Pros

My co-workers are nice, as is my new manager. I receive a paycheck.

Cons

Antiquated systems & extremely manual processes.. Good luck getting access to the systems you need to do your job. Communication across the entire organization is extremely poor & they have zero sense of urgency. Nothing is documented. As a result, training was non-existent. There are serious divides between departments and/or individuals with influence in said departments. Customers suffer because not being able to work together has been tolerated for years or decades in some cases.
