Pros

Paycheck and benefits. Reasonable commute.

Cons

Low salaries. Antiquated systems. Management was not open to new ideas, although they were trying to change that. Newcomers to the team were not welcomed by the old timers. The mass layoff was handled very poorly. By floor, people were herded into a conference room and advised that they had anywhere from 3 months to a year to work, and then were expected to return to work with no change in performance.

Pros

I love what I do, I just don't like where I have to do it!!!

Cons

Their Management and systems are very antiquated and not as competitive as the other banks this size. The Management is not motivating nor do they have any mentoring skills to help their employees grow into careers. Management methods are very rigid and "stuck in the box" not willing to listen to new innovative ideas.
