Pros

Flexibility. Excellent 401k plan. Focus on customer excellence. Health benefits are good. Learned a lot about Mortgages and Home Equity Products.

Cons

Too much gossip and not enough focus on business. Senior Management doesn't have a clue on how to run a bank. Branches are short staff and it could take more than six months to fill a vacant position. The incentive program doesn't make any sense and if you make goal the payout is minimal. The scale is not balanced recognition only comes when you're friends with senior management. Didn't feel valued as an officer of the bank. Officer position but treated like a Senior Sales Associate.. Low pay.
