Pros
Laid back (if given the right cast of co-workers) Lots of down time (can also be dreadful at times though depending if you like to be busy or not) No sales quota to be met like with other banks Flexible hours
Cons
Lack of professionalism by the corporate side Low pay No growth opportunities Office politics, lots of high school drama which does not make sense at all In general, it's a good starter if you're looking to get into the banking industry or finance but don't look to stay there for long. District managers and higher ups give you no help at all. You'll hear about drama from other branches which will eventually reach up to your branch and some how your business will reach out to others. Just very immature and very unprofessional. It all depends on which branch you end up in but for the majority of Brooklyn branches, they're all the same.
