Pros

The hours were okay, and moving up was something you can actually do unlike other banks.

Cons

We were told to be telemarketers and call customers homes to offer products and services. By the way, the customers hated it. There was tons of favoritism, if you were liked, you were ok. If not, you had to do for yourself.

Pros

Flexible Hours decent beenfits good experience builder

Cons

Valley is a small community bank only located in Northern NJ and has a feww branches in NY. This bank does not care about its employees and constantly feels the need to threaten employees that there are hundreds of unemployed people waiting to get a job so we have to step up. I have been working with Valley for over 3years, must admit they help with a flexible schedule but little pay and the fact that they are always open really blows!!
