Pros

NONE! Yes you read that right! full of nonsense and bad feelings because the upper management is very unprofessional and doesn't knows anything. The whole business model is just stupid and the HR and managers will express they care however they are very rude and won't care about how you are doing at work or personal life.

Cons

I dont know where to start from. MANAGEMENT, BANK SYSTEM, HR, BENEFITS, PAY, EMPLOYEES, BUSINESS MODEL AND STRUCTURE.

Pros

A job that pays higher than most banks because they’re a smaller company. Good place to get your foot into banking but then apply else where don’t stay in retail banking.

Cons

6 day work week no work life balance- no one knows how to use anything all software has multiple usernames and passwords- middle office is of no help unless you get someone who’s familiar with you. Training and lack of cross training from conversion branches leads to disconnects
