Pros

401k match to 5% period!

Cons

System is very inefficient, poor salary, poor bonuses, very low increase in salarys, always short staff, as a banker you are expected to do teller job and a banker job combine with a teller salary witch i find abusive! If you need assistance in back office o wish you luck! I will say the retail part of valley better to be avoid.

Pros

Nothing I can think of. Unless you live in Wayne and don’t want to commute.

Cons

This bank has the most toxic culture out there. Mediocre and lazy employees are tolerated, as long as you manage up and post praising reviews on social media

Pros

Good pay and good benefits.

Cons

No opportunities to show true talent, constant complaints by employees makes for a depressing work place environment.
