Pros

You get to say you worked on digital products for a bank with archaic practices and red tape.

Cons

My time at Valley Bank was deeply disheartening. I believe I was subjected to discriminatory treatment based on my age and color, and I was retaliated against for raising concerns with HR. The lack of support, unfair treatment, and abrupt termination left me feeling undervalued and demoralized. Recommendation: I would not recommend Valley Bank as an employer, especially for individuals from minority groups or those who value a fair and supportive work environment. The company's culture seems to be one of favoritism and discrimination, where employees are not treated with respect or given the opportunity to succeed.
