Pros

Moving HQ to Morristown, NJ.

Cons

Toxic culture where people work in complete silos and do not care to assimilate others into the team. It's everyone out for themself. This starts from the top, and the egos on the execs here are quite visible to all staff. There is not an ounce of strategy made in any decision - all decisions start from top and are made in a vacuum. The Bank keeps acquiring organizations and it's an absolute mess. The Benefits are some of the worst I've seen to date.

Pros

We were able to work on holidays with holiday pay

Cons

HR seem to protect senior employees specially in management positions therefore it seemed pointless to make a notification or complaint.
