Decent pay If you’re someone that’s content and have no ambitions to move up this is a good place for you

Cons

Healthcare was too expensive and not good Difficult to move up

No opportunity for advancement, no one is empowered to make decisions except for top management.

Pros

Benefits for full time quite good.

Cons

Worked at various branches full time for 10 years+. Would loan you out to other branches, usually short staffed. Head teller was also expected to be full time line teller. No recognition for expanded efforts (ie) working opening till closing.
