Pros

The only pros that I saw was the company offers fair PTO. They also were flexible with house.

Cons

Where to begin. Management does not care for lower level employees at all. There was a big management shift when I was there and they were even worse. Just wanted the numbers and did not care at all how that affected employees. The pay is extremely low compared to the industry. Systems are outdated and the training is basically you figuring things out for yourself.

Pros

Can not think of any redeeming aspects of this company. Get to meet new people because of the extremely high turnover rate

Cons

Low pay, little to no opportunity for advancement, zero work/life balance, high turnover rate and schedule is very inflexible, selfish management
