Pros

My colleagues within the Corporate Treasury department were very nice. Always willing to chat and help out. Very smart people. Pay is good.

Cons

The ALM Manager is horrible. He is rude, impatient, and unwilling to listen to you. He didn't respect me at all. He made you feel small and worthless. It was a terrible experience working for him. If I was you I wouldn't bother applying for the ALM Analyst position if and when it becomes available.

Pros

Location, 5% 401(k) match, some good people who work there

Cons

Heavy overtime results in very poor work-life balance, minimal annual bonuses of only 3% - 5%, raises of only 2% - 3% maximum and inflation is greater than 8%, constant negativity in the department, poor prospects for staff accountants in trying to get promoted.
