Pros

Literally nothing. I have worked at other banks, and this place is a joke. Not even worthy of 1 star.

Cons

Below average/non-competitive salaries, no recognition and reward for work, nasty Senior Management who bully you, and a poor culture that makes hell look like a vacation. People are not happy to be here, unless you are endearing to Management.

Paid vacation, holidays & sick time

Cons

Low pay, manager doesn’t care about employees . Whenever there is budget cuts it always falls on the employees never ever cut from the fat cats which has given Valley a reputation of being cheap and not appreciating its people.
