      DINOSAUR!! SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES ARE SO BEHIND IT INSANE. MANY OLD WORK HORSES LEFT AT COMPANY WHO ARE TRULY MISERABLE AND RESENT THE BANK AND WILL ONLY DO CERTAIN TASKS THEY WANT
