Hours are convenient not all staff is bad.

Unaware of poor management, discouraging, no incentives

Pros

Clinic Managers and staff especially the MAs and customer service reps are good and seem to genuinely care for patients and what they do.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. My training was weak and i did everything exactly how i was shown. I was eventually fired for doing things like that without any verbal reprimand. HR just showed up one day and that was it for me. While my manager did try and guide me in the right direction she was overwritten by a higher ranking manager.
