Pros
They have lack of rules and anything goes within the organization so for someone that is ok with lack of boundaries and doesn’t mind discussing matters that should not be discuss within the work place or just don’t like the strict organized rules that other companies have then that would be the place for you .
Cons
Horrible Wages , no room for growth , no decorum or boundaries set for work atmosphere I.e sex , drugs , politics and religion are all things that are allowed and swearing lots of it ! Lack of diversity, They don’t believe in raises ! I know a girl that has been working there for over 10 years and only makes less than $1500.00 bi weekly! After working 5 years there you only are entitled to two and a half weeks vacation at my previous job after the first year you were entitled to 3 weeks ! Lastly , they have no backup for none of the departments so if someone is out , or quits then it causes are major shake up within the company .
