      Pros

      The CEO is very involved, and everyone is very nice, growth happens as long as you put in the time

      Cons

      The executive board was nice, but when you clash with your direct supervisor, you're out of luck and must deal with it. Some of the politics inside wasn't nice. It was an okay place to work, but not super amazing. 3/5

      Opening the detail of your star rating, it looks as we got 4 stars for all categories, but the one. I am very sorry things did not work out here. We are working very hard on a culture of hearing all of our employees, as well as past employees to improve who we are as individuals, leaders, and as a team as a whole. Of course, there are also times things are just not a fit on either or both sides. We wish you the best wherever you go.
