Pros

Not many people can honestly say they love their job and mean it, but I am proud to be one of those people. Working at Valley Forge has changed my life and I have found where I belong. Being a family owned company, there is a large sense of community and teamwork - we work together and celebrate our successes. Everyone at Valley Forge is extremely dedicated and takes true pride in their work. This company does an amazing job of making their customers a priority without sacrificing employee needs and I always feel valued. The work is dynamic and no day is ever the same, I also feel fulfilled and challenged at the end of the day. Would recommend Valley Forge 10/10 to anyone!

I am so sorry you feel this way. We had to make an enormous amount of change in mid-2020 in response to the pandemic, and this was extremely hard for everyone. We needed to move the business forward in a healthy and strong way for all of our team, and we have succeeded in that. My door and phone are always open to you, and I would love to hear directly from you on anything we can do differently. We have an incredible team, and a lot of love and care from our leaders, but we also have a high expectation that our team appreciates and crushes daily. Again, feel free to reach out as I am always willing to discuss and we always want to improve. Mikey

Thank you for the review. I am sorry you felt it was a command/obey environment. We work hard to have our directors empower their teams to grow and do the work they are best at, while offering coaching and support. Unfortunately, if leaders are not coaching, growing, and supporting their staff, we do need to make changes and move forward. Our finance department has had many ups and downs for the past 2 years, so we are pushing a lot of change there all at once, to foster the same feeling that exists throughout all of the other departments of the company of empowerment and trust. We absolutely wish you the best in all you do, and do appreciate your efforts and time while at VFF.
