Some Manager are not good leaders and don't effectively train property. Most people are overwhelmed with the work and not enough help or support. Some of the people are in clicks and company President and CEO give out in appropriate nick names to working adults.

Pros

can't think of any?

Cons

If you are one of the gang then you are ok regardless if you are good at your job. when you hire and fire at a 50% rate this means that upper management is not doing there job.

Pros

They attempt to have a fun and inclusive culture, nice people work there.

Cons

Minorities can clearly feel the difference and promotions for people of color who are deserving are extremely far and few between. Management makes really foolish choices, and the level of red tape to get anything truly resolved is maddening.

I am glad you feel we have a fun and inclusive culture, and I agree we have many nice people here, which is awesome. In terms of the cons you highlight, I am sorry, but I need to respectfully disagree. Valley Forge is very proud of the impact of females & minorities in key roles on our team. Women at VFF make up 65% of our entire professional team, and 60% of the Executive, Directors, Manager, Supervisor and Leadership Team. Minorities and people of color make up almost 50% of this group. We want to do even better and this summer, for example, 100% of our interns were females and women of color. We are working hard to grow a long-term diverse professional team that has a clear path for success enabling our company for the future. While we know we have work to do, we are extremely proud of our efforts here, and even more proud at how awesome our team is, as they all earn their positions here and are unique, professional, and wonderful in so many ways.
