I am so sorry that you feel the workplace has not been what you were looking for. The last several months have been extremely difficult for our company, our industry, our country, and the world. We have always done our best to care for all of our team in the best way possible, and really appreciate your feedback. We wish you the best for your future, and we will continue to work towards making VFF a best place to work.

I appreciate your taking the time to write. We are working very hard to create an organization that listens to everyone in the organization on ways we can improve. What you wrote - listen to people that do the work - is exactly where we are going. I could not agree with you more, and I do want to tell you that this is the goal. Thank you again for your feedback. Mikey

I really appreciate the comments. Diana and I are focused on being the best leaders, and all levels are also working hard to be better and better. One of our initiatives is coaching up all levels on leadership. We will continue to do so. As leaders, we need to have high expectations for ourselves, and our teammates, and hold each other accountable in a professional way, so we can all be better. My door is always open if you want to talk, and if this means in a few months, or in a few days, or not (no pressure of course), I just want you to know that I am here and will always listen. Mikey
