      Pros

      Working at VFF is great. The environment, people and culture is awesome. There is a lot of opportunities and would recommend anyone working here.

      Micro-Management from some managers. Can be a little stressful

      Pros

      Valley Forge is a family owned company that makes you feel like family. They realize work and life is stressful so theyre always going the extra mile to make it a fun, convenient and stress free atmosphere to work in. From having a slide, to an indoor soccer field, a gym with fitness classes and showers, a kids room in the event you need to take your child to work, a beer tap in the break room for fridays and a bunch of surprises in between- they care about their employees, which really makes a difference in your work life.

      Cons

      There are a lot of new people there (including the CFO, Controller, Directors etc) and there's also a lot of turnover. They are, however, attempting to make the processes better in all areas and departments.
