Pros

Valley Forge is an amazing company to work and have fun. Here we mean business, is a fat paste environment and we all work extremely hard. However, as we work hard we are able to have fun as well. We have our own slide and beer on Fridays sometimes!!!!!

Cons

There is always space for improvement. Management are under a lot of stress and pressure during crunch time of the month or to comply with certain datelines. and some managers should take stress management classes.

Great activities and beer, some of the employee are nice and friendly

Cons

Some Manager are not good leaders and don't effectively train property. Most people are overwhelmed with the work and not enough help or support. Some of the people are in clicks and company President and CEO give out in appropriate nick names to working adults.

Pros

Company cares about employees. Fun and upbeat environment. It's fast pace work but you get great training. Managers are very helpful and always happy to help. It's not your typical desk job.

Cons

Not enough time in a day to get everything done, but that just means that the company is doing well!
