A fun, face paced environment.

The company is a wonderful place to work for someone who enjoys a fast paced and exciting workplace. The company has grown steadily over the past 40 years with the same owners. It is very impressive to see how much the owners care about their employees and the environment. They actively manage the company with a philosophy to quality people who will assist in moving the business forward. The accounting department has some large goals to achieve in the upcoming years to support a growing business in documenting processes and streamlining day to day operations which will allow us to capitalize on newly created efficiencies. The entire team is capable and committed to realizing this vision. These types of progressive tasks assist everyone to gain professional development opportunities for their career. With all that said, this is not at the expense of the employee's personal time. It is great to be part of an organization which values work life balance and prioritizing tasks appropriately. Between the fun culture of having a gym on site with daily classes to being able to offer each employee access to professional development opportunities through improving processes, this is my ideal work place environment.
