      Pros

      Everyone you work with is friendly and have a sense of family that you normally don't get in a big company environment and are investing in its employees.

      Cons

      Needs better direction and miss communication between different segments of the company. Employee retention still a problem but improving.

      Pros

      Intense and focused training as there is so many aspects of the company to learn. I have truly enjoyed and embraced every learning opportunity and experience. You will be rewarded if you are motivated, hard working, dedicated and innovative individual. As we are constantly changing and growing, there are always new positions available and learning opportunities arise - if you are into that sorta thing. :)

      Cons

      Communication is key as there are so many wheels turning, decisions being made, and we are a very fast paced community. Make sure you cross your T's and keep everyone up to date that may pertain to your role and you will be set.

      Pros

      Progressive, fast-paced environment where smart people thrive. You see the results of your contributions on a daily basis. Every day, a new challenge or project is in the works and people rally to help each other using all of our combined best talents. Walking through the office you get to see all the working parts that result in the innovation in textiles and designs that we produce for our customers. The managers recognize talent and personal drive and talent leads your career to wherever you want to take it. The team that I work with is one of the best in our company!

      Cons

      It's not a place for people that don't want to step outside the box of their personal comfort zones and take risks when the business requires. This is a team and helping each other is the way things get accomplished and the way you move ahead. Sometimes we get so excited about our work and ideas that we forget to slow down and plan the necessary action steps but when it happens, we hit 'reset' and get on the right track.
