Even though it is not a good review, it is good to hear from you over 6 years later. I know when going on glassdoor for the first time, to see reviews, you need to write some. I am assuming that is why we are seeing a review from an experience more than half a decade ago. I can tell you that in the last 6 years, we have had a LOT of change that you are not aware of.
I will start by saying that I am sorry that our old environment was not a good fit for you. While I’m sorry that you did not have a good experience, I do not know how to address something that long ago except to say, we look pretty different today, and I am not aware of "clicks" or "mean people" today.
You reference a design and sales department, but that department has not existed in almost 7 years. Currently, we have a pre-sales PM department and a separate sourcing department. I can tell you that our current team is smart, collaborative, and care a great deal about one another. I invite you to check out our Instagram post recently. The post is from a member of the team in a department that is similar to the one where you worked.
I’m sorry for your experience and wish you all the best with your next employer. I urge you to give them feedback earlier since so much changes over the years, and many are like us and like the feedback so we can hear people and make changes if needed.
