Exec. Leadership needs new leadership

Pros

Excellent floor staff and nurses to care for the residents. Truly feels like a family on the neighborhoods.

Cons

Executive leadership chooses to have no insight to what is going on within their leaders. Poor management and an unwilling to learn or change is causing long-term employees to leave their jobs all while the executive team chooses to look the other way and continue to support poor leadership and behaviors. They have taken away almost all incentive pay for floor staff and "sell them" on a new incentive program when actually broken down only amounts to what legally they have to give for overtime. For long-term employees they stop giving raises as they have "maxed out" but that rule doesn't apply to the CEO and others in executive leadership who continue to get raises and bonuses. The love and support for residents stops at the floor staff as any upper management has shown they do not care.
