Pros

The negatives outweigh the good. Dumbing down for management should not be necessary. Constantly having to worry about stepping on people’s feelings. It was really bad. So much wasted labor and because there are too many buddies in higher positions they couldn’t see how bad some of them were.

Cons

Racist and not very bright

Pros

You can have free meal at daily dish. However, 99% of food are Mexican food. If you don't speak English and have strong muscle, this place is for you. They never fire you.

Cons

Too much work to do beside your main duty. When the casino is slow, the supervisor can have you clean up everything surround you.
