Take an automatic 11.35% out for retirement, which is really a good thing but it is a lot when you need it now! BUT good to have when you retire!

Everyone is so helpful and kind it is a great experience to work here you learn so much everyday!

Cons

Workload is rough sometimes we get heavy patients or your alone on the floor with 20-25 patients and it can get rough
